The subject of the contract is the provision of postal services for the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw in domestic and foreign trade within the meaning of the Postal Law Act in the scope of: receiving and delivering postal items, their returns and receiving from the premises of the Employer provided 5 days a week from Monday to Friday.

The scope of postal services that will be the subject of the contract is described in the Assortment and Price Form with content in accordance with Annex 2 to the ToR. The number of shipments included in the assortment and price form was estimated to determine the value of the order. The Purchaser reserves the right to reduce or increase the number of shipments while maintaining unit prices.
