Description:
Operation and maintenance of the pumping station at the Sandomierz Coal Mine in the years 2024-2026

The subject of the contract are services consisting in the maintenance and operation of embankment pumping stations and the port gate together with accompanying structures (excluding the costs of electricity and water and sewage) of the following embankment pumping stations and the port gate:

The Contracting Authority divided the contract into 4 parts:

The contractor is obliged to:

a. maintenance of equipment (pumps, gate closing mechanisms) together with power equipment in constant technical readiness,

b. maintenance of the accompanying equipment in good technical condition: buildings and pumping stations along with the area within the boundaries of the fence, inflow and outflow channels, power supply, access roads, etc.

Water Supervision Pumping Stations Dąbrowa Tarnowska

Part I of the Dąbrowa Tarnowska Water Supervision Pumping Stations:

- Pumping station Dąbrówki Breńskie 1

- Dąbrówki Breńskie 2 pumping station

- Pumping station Box

- Radwan Pumping Station

- Przepompownia Zabrnie 1

- Dąbrowica Pumping Station

- Przepompownia Zabrnie 2

Within the scope of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to:

a. maintenance of equipment (pumps, gate closing mechanisms) together with power equipment in constant technical readiness,

b. maintenance of the accompanying equipment in good technical condition: buildings and pumping stations along with the area within the fence, inflow and outflow channels at the lengths specified in the Annex to the Terms of Reference (Safety Data Sheet), power supply,

access roads, etc.

c. operating the facilities in accordance with the operating instructions,

d. employing an appropriate number of employees to operate the pumping station equipment and the port gate,

e. purchase of appropriate equipment, tools and materials that are necessary for maintenance and operation and in the event of failure,

f. keeping the appropriate documents required by the operating instructions

and guidelines,

g. informing on an ongoing basis about noticed changes and damages that have a negative impact on the safety of the structure, installed mechanical equipment, pumps and electrical,

h. exercising supervision in a way that prevents unauthorized access to the premises,

i. participation in inspections of the Office of Technical Inspection of pumping station equipment. Fees related to technical supervision shall be borne by the Contractor,

j. providing appropriate equipment for water rescue, fire protection. and health and safety at each pumping station and port gate,

k. carrying out periodic inspections of the building (annual) required by the applicable provisions of the Construction Law, together with the preparation of protocols based on templates in accordance with the guidelines of the Construction Law and forwarding them to the Contracting Authority in order to complete the entries in the books of the construction object (also five-yearly, if such an assessment falls during the term of the contract),

l. at least once a year, making measurements required by the applicable regulations in the field of electric shock protection and submitting the protocols to the Contracting Authority in order to complete the entries in the books of the building (also five-year-old, if such assessment falls within the term of the contract),

m. guaranteeing constant availability for all working days in the month, in the hours in accordance with the presented work schedule constituting the requirements described in Appendix No. 10 to the Terms of Reference and for all days in the month 24 hours a day after the occurrence of the state of alarm or after the announcement of the state of flood alert. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with telephones and contact numbers of all employees operating the pumping stations

Pumping stations of water supervision Połaniec

Part II pumping stations of the Połaniec Water Supervision:

- Pawłów Pumping Station

- Mędrzechów pumping station

Within the scope of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to:

a. maintenance of equipment (pumps, gate closing mechanisms) together with power equipment in constant technical readiness,

b. maintenance of the accompanying equipment in good technical condition: buildings and pumping stations along with the area within the fence, inflow and outflow channels at the lengths specified in the Annex to the Terms of Reference (Safety Data Sheet), power supply,

access roads, etc.

c. operating the facilities in accordance with the operating instructions,
