The subject of the contract is the delivery of 40 pcs. NVMe hard drives to disk arrays owned by the Ordering Party or delivery of an equivalent solution.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 40 pcs. NVMe hard drives to disk arrays owned by the Ordering Party or delivery of an equivalent solution.

2. As part of the Subject of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged in particular to:

a) provide NVMe hard drives or equivalent (hereinafter referred to as Hardware).

b) deliver together with the Equipment all necessary materials, licenses, accessories and cabling needed to connect and run the delivered solution.

c) The equipment should be covered by a minimum 36-month warranty and manufacturer's service, counted from the signing of the Equipment Acceptance Protocol – without comments.

d) The place of delivery of the Equipment is the building of the Marshal's Office of the Lublin Voivodeship at 4 Artura Grottgera Street in Lublin. The Contractor shall provide transport to the indicated room.

e) The maximum delivery period of the Equipment is up to 90 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

f) A working day (hereinafter referred to as the "Business Day") is considered to be the day from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 15:30, excluding public holidays and days off at the Ordering Party.

g) The Contractor shall agree on the date of delivery of the subject of the contract at least 2 Business Days in advance.

3. The description of the Subject of the Order constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
