The procedure is conducted under an open tender pursuant to Article 10 (1) and Articles 39-46 of the Act of 29 January 2004 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1843, as amended - 'PZP') and implementing acts to the PZP. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the principles provided for procurement

The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the Subject Matter of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in item 3.3. item 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.
Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Purchaser reserves the right to make reducing, increasing, finding new locations, as well as suspending operations tables indicated in individual rows describing the subject of the order.
In the case of mandatory exclusion of items from harvesting in the machine system (harvesting of wood at cutting positions where it is unacceptable to use multi-operational machines) in particularly justified cases, e.g. changes in the conditions for which the above actions have been established, the Employer allows the change of timber harvesting technology. The justification should always be provided to the Contractor.
The contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject of the contract to subcontractors. In the event of the intention to perform the subject of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, the contractor is required to indicate in its offer part of the contract (material scopes) which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and the contractor to provide subcontractors. Such indication should be placed on the Offer. In the absence of an indication of subcontracting in the Offer, the contractor will be able to introduce the subcontractor only under the conditions specified in the contract.
