The assignment concerns the upgrade of the Rijn IJssel location Middachtensingel. The upgrade consists of structural and installation technical work.

The assignment will be carried out in ancillary contracting where the structural contractor takes care of the coordination.

The total upgrade consists in general of:

- Solving climate complaints that exist in a number of rooms in the building;

- Making the installations more sustainable;

- Realization of fresh schools class B;

- Reclassification of floor plans;

- Major maintenance;

The approximate size of the architectural assignment amounts to € 1,500,000,-- excl. VAT.

It is important that the work is completed no later than the summer of 2024. The award of the contract is subject to the provision of the necessary budget. This is clarified during the award phase of the contract. Registrations that exceed the budget will not be reviewed.
