The cleaning services to be provided cover the following tasks:

— comprehensive cleaning of the buildings occupied by the EEA, which consist of indoor areas, including office spaces and common spaces (canteen dining room, meeting rooms, gym/fitness facilities, and staircases) and outdoor areas, including main entrance to the building, staircases and access to basement;

— window cleaning (indoor and outdoor);

— restocking of perishable sanitary materials;

— collection and transfer of waste to the recycling centre in the EEA courtyard.

Provision of cleaning services for the premises of the European Environment Agency.
