The agreement is intended to cover the municipality's need for Technical Consultants towards Civil Engineering with the roles Project Manager, Construction Manager & Calculator

The specific competence and experience requirements for each contract area are set out under AUC.32

The customer intends to sign contracts with a maximum of five (5) suppliers per contract area, provided that a sufficient number of qualified tenders are received. Call-offs will then be made gradually, when the need arises in the day-to-day operations of the Client, through renewed competitive tendering, where all framework agreement suppliers are invited to submit quotes. The framework agreement is a complement to the Client's own operations.

Discounts will occur according to AUC.13 Preconditions.

AUA.3 Orientation on the project and mission

The framework agreement covers consultancy services in civil engineering projects. The purpose of the framework agreement is to meet the Client's need for consulting services regarding: Project Manager, Construction Manager and Calculator.

The consultancy assignments are divided into the agreement areas listed below.

Agreement Area A - Project Manager

Agreement area B – Construction manager

Agreement Area C – Calculator

For each separate renewed competitive tendering, the details of what is to be included in each assignment are described.
