The municipality intends to leave the current town hall in mid-2023 and move to Van't Hoffstraat. The property needs to be adjusted. This means, among other things, building a new council hall, committee space and fraction rooms and making adjustments for the benefit of the open visitor area and the office work environment. The total size concerns approximately 3,200 m2 of GFO. The scope of this Assignment consists in broad terms of two parts: (i) the design phase, for which a Construction Team Agreement is concluded and (ii) the implementation phase for which a Contracting Agreement is concluded under the condition of the UAV-2012.
