The subject of the order includes the independent redesign of the trade fair presence within the ITB Berlin. Idea generation, development and elaboration of the overall concept (creative performance) including the definition of design guidelines are to be seen as the basis for the structural, technical and graphic implementation (exhibition stand construction). Exhibition construction and storage of the stand are also part of the order.

For the overall calculation of the trade fair construction over 4 years, an annual mean value must be offered that does not significantly exceed the annual budget available. For trade fair construction including transport and storage, EUR 230,000 net is planned per trade fair (ITB 2021-2024).

For the development of the stand concept, the presentation and the creation of a comprehensible cost plan for the exhibition stand construction, every bidder who has presented his offer by invitation and has not been awarded the contract receives a one-time allowance of EUR 1,000 net.
