The services concern the preventive and curative maintenance, 24/7, of network and security IT equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, proxies, load balancers, WIFI platforms, unified communication (telephony, videoconferencing), etc. as well as associated support and diagnostic assistance.
Part of the equipment is also to be supervised 24h / 24 and 7/7, with production of reporting and logging of supervision data.
Maintenance services are to be carried out on all the main sites of Vinci Autoroutes (namely ASF, Cofiroute and Escota motorway concession companies), ie around 350 sites.
Maintenance will cover more than 1,600 network or security equipment distributed across all Vinci Autoroutes sites. The materials to maintain, of different brands and without this list being exhaustive, are:
- routers (Cisco),
- LAN switches (Cisco, Microsens, Hirschmann) and SAN (Brocade, HP),
- firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Checkpoint),
- proxys (Websense, Forcepoint),
- loadbalancers (F5, Citrix),
- WIFI platforms (Cisco, Ucopia),
- strong authentication (Vasco, Fortinet),
- supervisory and management consoles (Cisco ISE, ACS, LMS, NCS),
- SSL VPN platforms (Juniper Pulse),
- unified communication and telephony platforms (Microsoft, Cisco, Audiocodes),
- videoconferencing (Cisco, Polycom).
The maintenance, curative and preventive, 24/24 and 7/7, means for the hardware and software part of all equipment.
The expected service levels for each equipment are defined in the specifications.
Some of these materials will also have to be supervised by the owner's own tools (measurement of equipment availability and performance, daily backup of configurations, production of reports, etc.).
The estimated value in section II.2.6) corresponds to the estimated estimate of the framework agreement.
As an indication, benefits are expected to start in early 2020.
Note: The attention of the candidates is drawn to the absence of prior fixing, by ASF, of a minimum number and a maximum number of candidates who will be admitted to submit an offer.
