In connection with the compensation scheme for fur breeders pursuant to the prohibition against fur farming, the State shall, through the Norwegian Agriculture Agency, enter into an agreement for assessment of fur farms in Norway that satisfy the current regulatory requirements from 15 January 2018. The date of 15 January 2018 shall be used as the basis for the determination of the compensation for expropriation.
