Background

This is a procurement for the project Competence Development Småland+ where Värnamo municipality, Campus Värnamo, is the project owner. Competence development Småland+ is a three-year project aimed at the manufacturing industry and its suppliers in Jönköping and Kronoberg counties. The project is funded by the European Social Fund and starts on 1 September 2023. The goal is for at least 1800 people from about 100 companies to have undergone needs-driven skills development during the period. The implemented initiatives will contribute to both a higher level of competence and an improved position of employees in the labour market. The project will also contribute to increasing companies' ability for strategic competence planning and contribute to building conditions for sustainable and competitive workplaces.
