Framework agreement with purchase orders, without minimum and with a maximum of 480,000 euro(s)ttc for the realization of the missions of safety officers of the tunnels of the DIR Centre-Est

Directive No 2004/54/EC of 29 April 2004 lays down the minimum safety requirements for tunnels over 500 m in length forming part of the trans-European road network. These provisions have been transposed into Articles L118-5 and R118-4-1 to R118-4-7 of the Highway Code. These obligations include the obligation to designate, with the agreement of the prefect of the department concerned, a security officer in charge of coordinating prevention and safeguard measures to ensure the safety of users and operating personnel. Since the functional autonomy of the security officer must be guaranteed for the exercise of his powers, the DIRCE chose to entrust an external service provider with the execution of these missions. This contract consists in recruiting the safety officer of the 3 TUNNELS of the DIRCE concerned by this obligation. The places of performance of the services are as follows: The Tunnel des Monts on the Rn201 (73), the Talant tunnel on the Rn274 (21), The Covered Trench of Firminy on the RN 88 (42), the PC Osiris in Albertville (73) and all the locations of the services of the DIR Centre-Est operating these tunnels as well as the headquarters of the DIR Centre-Est
