This contract is a service contract divided into 2 lots that can be awarded separately:

- Lot 1: Sanitary maintenance of the premises and cleaning of the windows and frames of the building located n°7 avenue Prince de Liège in Jambes

- Lot 2: Sanitary maintenance of the premises and cleaning of the windows and frames of the building located at No. 15 avenue Prince de Liège in Jambes
