The contract concerns the management of the municipal treasury service pursuant to Article 209 et seq. of Legislative Decree 18/08/2000, n. 267 and subsequent amendments, for a four-year period starting from the date of conclusion of the convention, eventual extension for a further four years.

The main object of the contract is the assignment of the municipal treasury service pursuant to Article 209 and following of Legislative Decree 18/08/2000, n. 267 and subsequent amendments, meaning the treasury service set of transactions concerning the financial management of the institution with regard, in particular, to the collection of revenue, the payment of expenses, the custody of securities and assets and the obligations related provisions provided for by the legislative, statutory, regulatory and conventional provisions.

The contract and the obligations of the parties are analytically described in the agreement scheme approved by City Council Resolution no. 53 of 27.07.2018 and attached to the tender specification.
