Technical advice in connection with the preparation and realisation of a project where wastewater from eight treatment plants, via cut-off pipes, will be collected at one major treatment plant in Assens. The technical advice includes preparation of sketch project, detailed project and execution, including supervision, construction management, etc.

Assens Spildevand A/S (hereinafter "the client") is about to embark on a project where the wastewater from eight treatment plants, via cut-off pipes, will be collected at one larger treatment plant in Assens. In this connection, there will be separate sewerage of approx. 500 properties and the establishment of three rainwater basins in the city of Aarup (the "Project").

This tender includes technical advice and assistance in the realization of the Project, as the Client has described the covered services under the following headings:

(i) Skitseprojekt

(ii) Detailprojekt

(iii) Construction management and supervision.

The client does not accept offers of less than DKK 5 million excl. VAT. Offers with an evaluation technical sum of less than DKK 5 million excl. VAT will be considered unconditional and will not be taken into account in the evaluation.

The Client has not divided the tendered contract into lots, as the Client considers that such a division would result in a number of inappropriate technical, legal and practical interfaces.

The final date stated in section II.2.7 of the tender notice is only indicative, as the Client cannot currently set a final end date for the tendered project.
