Description:
Public service contract for the purpose of carrying out a data survey via a field survey in order to establish the new de facto situation called "SitEx 2.0"

The main purpose of the contract is the completion of the field survey that will provide input to the BD-SiteX.

The market is divided into two lots:

 Lot A: Organization of field surveys, coordination and management of the team of investigators

 Lot B: Provision of a team of field investigators

The data that will feed the BD-SitEx will essentially be collected via a field survey. Other data will be extracted from existing BDs and will be preloaded into the BD-SitEx.
