FIRST.- That it is appropriate to contract the supply, turnkey, of two 100% electric urban buses and necessary infrastructure whose financing is included in the Tourism Sustainability Plan in Plasencia Destination financed by the "Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan - financed by the European Union Next-Generationeu"SECOND.- That this contracting is intended to satisfy the public need of:- Modernize and improve the current conditions of the public passenger transport service.- Advance in the replacement of traditional fossil fuel energy sources with more environmentally friendly electrical technologies.- Reduce the carbon footprint attributable to the City Council of Plasencia.
