The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, tourism development, meadow and agriculture management, seed production and selection of trees, nursery management as well as construction and renovation of logging routes in the Brzozów Forest District in 2019. 2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of work in the field forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as tourist development, meadow and agriculture management, seed and tree selection, nursery management as well as construction and renovation of logging routes resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR,

The contracting authority requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract involving the acquisition and logging of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended).
