The city of Wernau intends to sell a plot of land with an area of approx. 1,383m² in the residential area "Adlerstraße Ost Teil III" to investors, property developers or housing companies at a fixed purchase price.
In 2019, an investor and architect competition was held for the adjacent plots of land in the Adlerstraße Ost Part III area. The contract was awarded in 4 lots.
The planning area is defined in the development plan as a general residential area (WA1/2), building lines and building boundaries are specified as well as the building height of 10.50m.
Provision must be made for residential use.

The residential building on the property to be awarded should fit into the overall concept of the procedures carried out and fit in with a high design quality in terms of architecture, living and including the planned open spaces. For this purpose, the participating investors create a planning concept with an architect (employed or as a team).

The open concept award for the selection of the applicant community is not an award procedure in accordance with

The subject of the concept award procedure is the submission of a binding purchase offer for the property by the investor and the development of a planning concept for the residential development by an architect (employed or as a team). The investor is to carry out the structural realization.
Eligible to participate are investors with the designation of an architect (employed or as a team) who will take over the planning service.

As part of the selection process, a maximum of 15 teams of investors and architects will be selected. The teams qualify in an application process and will be admitted if they meet the minimum requirements required in the application for participation. If more than 15 applicants qualify, the 15 applications that will be admitted to the concept award will be drawn.
