Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Climate, henceforth also referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender competition for the implementation of Oslo municipality's annual climate survey

The Agency for Climate's annual climate surveys have been implemented since 2017. All the annual surveys are based on interviews with inhabitants and businesses in Oslo. In the years 2018 and 2019 a representative selection of inhabitants in Akershus were subject to the same questions as the inhabitants of Oslo. The objective of the survey is to identify the respondents' attitudes toward different climate issues and their willingness to changing the attitude, as well as measurements of the development thereof over a set period of time, by keeping the cores of the questions from year to year unchanged.
