Sentinel Housing Association manages approximately 8,000 affordable homes for rent and shared ownership, together with supported housing across north Hampshire and surrounding districts.

Sentinel is seeking to put in place a supplier / contractor agreement to carry out kitchens and bathrooms replacements in selected properties over a three year term, with the option to extend for two further three year terms, subject to annual performance reviews.
