The contract covers the audit of the CADES asset-liability management application and, if necessary, its technical and IT overhaul, partial or total. It consists of two batches, one relating to the audit and definition of the solution to be implemented, and its follow-up, the other relating to the realization of this solution.
Audit — example of solution — drafting specifications — assistance and advice for monitoring implementationLot 1: single award framework agreement with purchase orders, without a minimum amount, lasting two years, including in particular:
(a) an audit of the existing one, and then if applicable;
b) a recommendation for evolution or solution, including an example of what its implementation would give under the current conditions (to be provided before 1.11.2021);
(c) the drafting of the detailed specifications for implementation;
d) the assistance and advice of CADES in monitoring the completion of Lot 2 by the holder of that lot.
Implementation of the specifications prepared by the holder of lot 1 and validated by the CADES, as well as, where appropriate, maintenance servicesLot 2: realization, in the form of a multi-award framework agreement (three contractors maximum) with purchase orders, without minimum amount, lasting three years, corresponding to the implementation of the specifications prepared by the holder of lot 1 (c) and validated by the CADES, as well as, where appropriate, maintenance services.
