The building is divided into 5 floors with an exhibition on the ground floor and 1st floor, office use on the 2nd and 3rd floor as well as multifunctional rooms and roof terrace on the 4th floor. In the basement there is a lecture room, the cloakroom as well as storage and technical areas.
The contract of this contract consists of the delivery and installation of the sprinkler system.
The entire building will be equipped with a sprinkler system in accordance with the guidelines of the VdS CEA 4001. A sprinkler ceiling protection and a cavity protection in the ceiling cavities were planned, as well as a compacted sprinkler protection around ceiling openings. The building is protected by a wet system with a group and two risers. The alarm areas are based on the floors. The power supply is provided by the AV and SV power grid.
The sprinkler control unit is located in the basement.
