The subject of the contract includes the provision of a comprehensive cleaning service
And maintaining cleanliness of office, basement, sanitary, kitchen rooms and communication routes of the Property Management Plant in the Mokotów District of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw with a total area of 4779 m
The contractor will be obliged to:
- offer, after analyzing the individual components, an overall flat-rate price for the month worked by all employees in all locations,
- employment on the basis of an employment contract, within the meaning of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended), persons performing all activities related to the performance of cleaning works covered by the order specified in the description of the subject of the contract, except for cases provided for by law,
- having a paid policy or other insurance document for the amount of

- providing a security on due performance of the contract on the terms set out in point 22 specifications,
- compliance with the provisions of the Act of 29.8.1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended),
- compliance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29.4.2004 regarding the documentation of personal data processing as well as technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for the processing of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024)
- ensuring the security of personal data in the form of electronic and manual files located in the cleaned rooms, and in particular is responsible for providing such data to unauthorized persons, as well as for damage or destruction of files covering these data - in accordance with the Act of 29.8.1997 on personal data protection (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended),
- compliance with the rules for closing rooms in which the cleaning person is not present,
- closing open windows in the cleaned rooms,
- for the implementation of the subject of the contract, for the duration of the contract, the Employer will provide the Contractor with free technical facilities in all buildings where cleaning services will be provided,
- the Awarding Entity does not provide for advance payments for the performance of the contract,
- The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding similar contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the Public Procurement Law,
- The detailed scope of the Contractor's obligations is contained in the relevant provisions of the contract, which constitute Chapter III of the ToR,
