1. The subject of the contract is: the supply of active electricity for Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy Warszawa-Modlin Sp. z o.o., which will take place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Energy Law, the applicable regulations issued on its basis, in accordance with the principles set out in the concessions, the provisions of the Supply Agreement, the conditions contained in this Specification of the Terms of The Contract
(hereinafter referred to as "SWZ") and possible explanations provided by the contracting authority in the course of the tender procedure.
2. Expected amount of energy to be supplied during the term of the contract: 6 357,211 MWh
3. In paragraph 2, the value of the energy volume is an estimated value and subject to change, with that, regardless of the volume of consumption, the Contractor is obliged to apply the energy prices offered in the offer.

Energy Law (OJ 2021, item 716, as amended), hereinafter referred to as referred to as referred to as the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy rights issued pursuant to the applicable regulations, in accordance with the rules laid down in the concessions, the provisions of the Delivery Agreement, the terms contained in this Procurement Terms Specification (hereinafter SWZ) and any explanations granted by the Contracting Authority in in the course of the tendering procedure.

4. The Contractor may not pursue any financial claims from the Contracting Authority (e.g. compensation) if, during the term of the contract, the End Contractors purchase a smaller amount of electricity from the Contractor from the forecast quantity of energy indicated in paragraph 2.
