The proceedings shall be carried out by unrestricted tender pursuant to Article 129 (1) (1) referred to as Article 129 (2) and Articles 132 to 139 of the Law of 11 September 2019. Public procurement law

The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of fuel in 2023 and 2024 for official vehicles of the Skrwilno Forest District in the following estimated quantities (basic order):

- diesel fuel – 161 664 l

- unleaded petrol – 2 869 l

The subject of the contract are successive purchases in 2023 and 2024 (as needed) of liquid fuel that meets the requirements and quality standards specified m.in. in:

Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended).

Polish Standard (PN) with parameters not worse than according to the Polish Standard:

PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06/Ap2:2018-09 (or equivalent, however, with parameters not lower than those described above or better) Fuels for motor vehicles - Diesel fuels - Requirements and test methods

and in the event of further changes in regulations or standards, the fuel supplied must comply with the amended regulations and standards.

PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06/Ap1:2017-11 (or equivalent, however, with parameters not lower than those described above or better) Fuels for motor vehicles - Unleaded petrol - Requirements and test methods

and in the event of further changes in regulations or standards, the fuel supplied must comply with the amended regulations and standards.

The Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies offered by it meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Entity.

Type of fuel adapted to the period of their use: in the summer so-called summer fuel and in the winter so-called winter fuels.

The Contractor shall present at the service station documents and fuel quality certificates at each request of the Contracting Entity.
