- recurring annual services at a global and fixed price on the basis of a breakdown of the Global and Fixed Price (Dpfg) for the maintenance of green spaces,

- one-off services with purchase orders to be carried out on the basis of a Unit Price Schedule (BPU) for tree pruning, landscaping, planting, etc.
