Procurement of incontinence products and other products used for personal care for the following procurement units: Social and Health Service of the City of Vaasa, Basic Safety of Kristinestad City, Korsnäs Municipality, Laihia Municipality, Maalahti-Korsnäs Health Center, Maalahti Municipality and Mustasaari Municipality. The acquisition includes both home delivery and departmental and departmental distribution. TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab will carry out the acquisition for the needs of its above mentioned owners. TeeSe Botnia is the joint purchasing entity of its owners and makes the joint purchasing decision. One (1) contract supplier will be selected for the framework agreement. In addition, the following entities and their affiliated entities may commit to use the contracts awarded by TeeSe: the Vaasa Hospital District Municipality, the City of Närpiö, the Isonkyrö Municipality and other entities that may use the contracts procured by the Joint Undertaking.
The users of this contract are the City of Vaasa Social and Health Service, the City of Kristiinankaupunki, Korsnäs Municipality, Laihia Municipality, Maalahti-Korsnäs Health Center, Maalahti Municipality, Mustasaari Municipality and Health Center, Vöyr Municipality and the residential services provided by these municipalities. In addition, the following entities and their affiliated entities may commit to use the contracts awarded by TeeSe: the Vaasa Hospital District Municipality, the City of Närpiö, the Isonkyrö Municipality and other entities that may use the contracts procured by the Joint Undertaking. The call for tenders is not subdivided as the operational needs of the users of the contract require a single supplier who can carry out the entire procurement.
The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide a comprehensive and high-quality range of products for use by subscribers. The product-specific consumption estimates quoted are for a one-year consumption period and are provided without obligation for comparison purposes. The product-specific absorbency requirements stated in the criteria for the purchase are those of the Rothwell test, ISO 11948-1, and bidders are required to use the results of the same method to declare the absorbency of the products they offer.
