Service for the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of property residing in the City of Piastowa and collection and management of waste from PSZOK

The subject of the contract is the provision of the following service: collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the City of Piastów, the scope of which includes:collection of municipal waste in a way that enables the achievement of the levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods provided for in the applicable regulations, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to the landfill in accordance with the Maintenance Act cleanliness and order in municipalities and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan of the Mazovian Voivodeship, collection of municipal waste collected in a selective manner in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the City of Piastów in force during the term of the agreement, from property owners residing in the City of Piastów, management (recovery and disposal) of collected municipal waste, in accordance with the guidelines adopted in the regulations the law and provisions of the Waste Management Plan of the Mazovian Voivodeship, equipping the property with bags and containers for the collection of individual waste fractions, Collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), The municipal waste collection and management service does not include waste generated as a result of business activity and during construction and renovation works performed in real estate by construction companies, commercial premises and Family Allotment Gardens. The detailed scope of work is included in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, Appendix No. 9 to the Terms of Reference, other requirements and conditions for the performance of the contract are specified in the draft Agreement constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference.
