4.1. The subject of the contract is the successive management of fractions with codes 19 05 03 (compost not meeting the requirements) and 19 05 99 (stabilizate after the fermentation and stabilization process) produced in the mechanical-biological installation at the Waste Management Plant in Wólka Rokicka.
Successive waste management code: 19 05 99 in the amount of up to 200 Mg / month4.2.1. part 1 of the contract – "Successive management of waste code: 19 05 99 in the amount of up to 200 Mg / month"
1) 19 05 99 — waste subjected to an aerobic stabilization process with organic carbon content up to 20% dry matter, AT4 values below 10 mg O2/g s.m., stabilisate roasting loss less than 35%. Solid waste, unstable, in which biological processes do not take place.
2) Solid waste may contain mineral impurities: glass, stones, ceramics, plastics, textiles, bag elements remaining after screening.
3) Waste meets the conditions of storage and development set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 16 July 2015 on the admission of waste for storage in landfills (Journal of Laws 2015 item 1277), the contracting party has a waste safety data sheet and results of tests admitters.
4) Transport of precipitation on the part of the Ordering Party.
5) Waste is generated at a municipal installation, i.e. the Waste Management Plant Wólce Rokicka, Wólka Rokicka 100, 21-100 Lubartów.
6) Waste will be transferred in bulk. The required delivery hours of the above-mentioned waste may take place from Monday to Friday in hours consistent with the opening hours of the contractor's landfill.
7) As part of the service, the Ordering Party will be obliged to comply with the Contractor's regulations regarding health and safety regulations, fire protection and the order of waste collection.
8) The required weight of waste accepted for management – 3200 Mg during the implementation of the subject of the contract, the minimum scope of the service is

1) 19 05 03 – waste subjected to the aerobic stabilization process with an organic carbon content of up to 20% dry matter, AT4 value below 10 mg O2/g d.m., loss of stabilization of less than 35%.
2) Solid waste in which biological processes do not take place.
3) Solid waste may contain mineral impurities: glass, stones, ceramics, as well as traces of plastic bag elements remaining after sieving.
4) Waste meets the conditions for storage and management specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 16 July 2015 on the admission of waste to landfills (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1277), the contracting authority has a waste safety data sheet and the results of acceptance tests. Waste is generated at a municipal installation, i.e. the Waste Management Plant Wólce Rokicka, Wólka Rokicka 100, 21-100 Lubartów.
5) Waste will be transferred in bulk.
6) The required delivery hours of the above-mentioned waste can take place from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 22:00.
7) As part of the service, the Ordering Party will be obliged to comply with the Contractor's regulations in the field of health and safety regulations, fire protection and the order of collection and loading of waste.
8) The required weight of waste accepted for management – 10500 Mg in the period of 16 months until the end of 2023.
9) Pursuant to Article 433(4) of the PPL Act, the Ordering Party indicates that the minimum amount of the service is 5250 Mg.
