By the present tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to obtain offers for the construction of 50 general-family dwellings, 55 private family homes, 20 terraced houses, 1 joint house, and associated sheds, storage rooms, carports, etc. in turnkey contracts. Outdoor areas, including common areas, gardens, terraces, parking lots, roads and paths, etc. are also part of the turnkey contract.
The construction is divided into a turnkey contract for the general housing, which is entered into with the Housing Association B42, and a turnkey contract for the privately owned housing, which is concluded with the privately owned urban developer Linde Haven A / S.
The two contracts are put together in a joint tender, as this is a coherent building, which among other things shares architecture and construction site, and which in practice is difficult to divide into 2 independent contracts.
