The assignment is for service on a conveyor belt in the contracting authority's fully automatic sorting facility for collected household waste and for two grinding mills and 1 sieving installation.

In addition the procurement includes a belt to 2 grinding mills and a star sieve for garden waste and a recycling station/site on the same site as the sorting facility, as well as a need for preparing and adapting of parts of the order.

The main aim of the procurement is to get a professional service, repair and replacement of the conveyor belt. It is very important for the contracting authority that the shortest possible interruption time is achieved at the sorting facility and grinding mills/sieving installation.

The contracting authority shall establish a contract with 1 tenderer, which ensures that the contracting authority gets assistance within the agreed response times at predictable costs.
