In order to bring information from the inside out and make it discoverable for the resident, we need to create a publishing facility with powerful search technology that is connected to internal sources of information. We foresee a rapidly growing stream of government documents that we want to keep a grip on and also want to improve the management of published documents for reasons other than the Woo. The publication facility is therefore an instrument for us that we benefit greatly from internally. Through this facility, we also want to be well prepared for the arrival of the national counter and give third parties the opportunity to use our information. We are therefore looking for a partner / supplier who closely follows developments regarding the publication and accessibility of government information and can think along with us about the translation to our Tilburg situation: to process it with us into a feasible, manageable, user-friendly solution.

The following activities fall within the scope of the assignment. Tenderer must:

- Provide development and management services;

- Ensure delivery of the components required for the IT system;

- To ensure that the following appropriate conditions are fulfilled:

o The IT system is created and maintained to continue to meet information security, privacy, information management and digital accessibility requirements;

o The IT system consists of open source components and development takes place under the EUPL;

o The IT system runs on the technical infrastructure designated by the client, as specified in XX as an indication;

o The IT system integrates with the other systems designated by the client, as specified in YY as an indication;

- Work with client:

o during the initial phase on a project basis,

o as soon as the IT system is in production also manageable;

o to share knowledge about IT system;

o through an Agile method.

- Ensure transferability of the services to the client or a third party to be designated by the client.
