Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified building contractors who wish to be considered for the refurbishment and minor alteration to the layout of the existing Junior school building and the construction of a 2 stories extension (c.2 120m2). Demolition of the existing (c.2 125m2) and construction of the new Senior School Building (c.4 450m2). The removal of (c.1 088m2) of existing prefabricated structures and construction of external stores, new vehicular and pedestrian entrance gates, 6 No new hard courts, new car parking arrangement, improvements to existing footpaths, roadways and drop-off facilities, new boundary fencing to the premier of the schools, landscaping and all associated ancillary development works. Construction access to the site will be provided through a separate temporary entrance taken off Station Road. The project will be constructed over 2 separate phases.
