Conclusion of a framework agreement for telecommunications services in mobile communications for the Düren district.

The subject of the service consists of the following service components:

1. Provision of cell phone cards and contracts;

2. Provision and dispatch of up to 2 SIM cards per contract;

3. Provision of a multi-tenant service portal for the administration of the contracts by the client,

4. Provision of a user help desk, a business hotline and a central key account contact person;

5. Free invoicing with proof of individual binding in electronic and paper form;

6. Optional: Provision of IoT services.
