CONCLUSION OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS FOR CONDUCTING ACCREDITATION REVIEWS BY ACCREDITATION INSPECTORS OF POZ

Proceedings aimed at concluding framework agreements conducted on the basis of the Act of 11.09.2019 Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended), hereinafter referred to as "PZP", in accordance with the applicable provisions regarding the award of a contract under an unlimited tender procedure with an estimated value exceeding the amount of the contract value specified in the provisions issued pursuant to Article 3(2) of the Public Procurement Law. The purpose of the framework agreement is to determine the conditions for contracts that may be awarded during the term of the framework agreement (i.e. from the date of its conclusion until 31.12.2023). The contracting authority provides for the implementation of max. 150 reviews of the letter of credit. The given number is an estimate, and the actual number of inspections carried out will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party.

Part 1 – conclusion of a framework agreement for conducting accreditation reviews by the accreditation inspector POZ

CONCLUSION OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS FOR CONDUCTING ACCREDITATION REVIEWS BY ACCREDITATION INSPECTORS OF POZ. The accreditation review will be carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in: The Act on Accreditation in Health Care of 6 November 2008 (Journal of Laws of 2016.2135, as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 31 August 2009 on the procedure assessing the compliance of the entity providing health services with accreditation standards and the amount of fees for its implementation (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 150, item 1216 as amended), a set of accreditation standards published by the Announcement of the Minister of Health of 7 April 2011 on accreditation standards in the provision of health services and the functioning of primary health care (Journal of Laws of 11.4.42 of 14 April 2011). The purpose of the framework agreement is to determine the conditions for contracts that may be awarded during the term of the framework agreement (i.e. from the date of its conclusion until 31 December 2023). The contracting authority provides for a maximum of 150 accreditation reviews to be carried out under the framework agreement. The given number is an estimate, and the actual number of inspections carried out will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party. The contracting authority provides that the accreditation review will, as a rule, last 1 day. In specific situations (e.g. a large medical entity, a treatment facility with several locations at different distances, a large number of patients), the review may take longer. The exact number of days of review will be determined at the stage of awarding the implementing contract. The contracting authority provides that at least 2 inspectors will participate in the accreditation review, one of whom will act as the lead inspector. Signing a framework agreement for conducting accreditation reviews is a necessary condition enabling further participation in enforcement proceedings to conduct accreditation reviews in specific Medical Entities.
