New Kristiansand Municipality requests tenders for the delivery of a cloud service for a freestanding archive core that is certified in accordance with the National Archives of Norway's requirements for Noark 5.

The cloud service will be used for taking care of historical data from data sources in Kristiansand, Søgne and Songdalen, as well as taking care of data from systems in the new Kristiansand Municipality that requires a freestanding archive core for daily archiving.

In addition to the ongoing delivery of the cloud service with a secure zone, the procurement also includes the delivery of an access system, as well as consultancy services for extractions and the establishment of integration with selected systems.

SSA-L, December 2018 version, with Annexes, will apply as the contract terms.
