The contest concerns a contract for washing and cleaning of linen for the municipality's health and care sector.

The value of the procurement is anticipated to be approx. NOK 1.8 million excluding VAT per year. The amount is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR Section 19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to accept all or parts of a tender.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contract duration is from and including 1 June 2021 to and including 31 May 2025.

The contracting authority will enter into a contract with one (1) supplier.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
