The invitation to tender concerns the winter maintenance of the municipality of Keminmaa. Areas to be treated

belongs to the streets of the plan area, private roads supported by private roads, and

mechanical winter maintenance work in the yards of municipal properties. In addition, most of the municipality

mechanical freezing and maintenance of the skating rinks maintained by the machine from work.

The regional division of winter maintenance will be defined according to the cheapest bids received

based on hourly rates and the most suitable equipment.

The equipment offered must be available throughout the contract period. If the contractor

wants to make changes to the agreed equipment, must agree on this with the client.

The service provider must take the task cards as an indicative sign for the work

execution. The treatment measures to be taken are assessed and agreed with the client

in advance, but the contractor monitors the implementation of the estimate and acts in accordance with the realization. Subscriber

reserves the right to change the guidelines during the contract period for the municipality's finances

adaptation as needed.

Anti-icing is carried out with a sand/crushed stone mixture procured by the municipality, which

stored at the municipal depot, Ulen.

The customer acquires a fleet tracking system, the use of which is mandatory. The mobile device (phone, tablet) required to use the system comes from the contractor.

The use of the system is included in the given hourly rate.
