Supplement to Section III. 2.2 Conditions for the execution of the order:
As security for the fulfilment of all obligations arising from the contract, the contractor shall provide a contract performance guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total net order amount per year within 4 weeks of conclusion of the contract.
For specialist winter service with regard to the commissioned area lots:
As security for the fulfilment of all obligations arising from this contract, the contractor shall provide a contract performance guarantee in the amount of 5% total net order sum (working price extrapolated to 1 season) within 4 weeks after conclusion of the contract.
For specialist lots of green space maintenance with regard to the commissioned area lots:
As security for the fulfilment of all obligations arising from this contract, the contractor shall provide a contract performance guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total net order sum (extrapolated to 1.5 years) within 4 weeks after conclusion of the contract.
