PD – Berater der öffentlichen Hand GmbH ("PD" or "Client") is a consulting company for authorities and public institutions, which is 100% publicly owned. As an in-house company, PD advises other contracting authorities at all federal levels.

PD now employs more than 1000 people at its locations in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Nuremberg and Wiesbaden. The IT department of PD (CF Digitalisierung & IT) is centrally located at the headquarters in Berlin.

All PD employees are equipped with laptops for mobile working as well as for working in the offices. For the use of laptops in the office, each workstation is equipped with a docking station, as well as two monitors, keyboard, mouse and Internet connection as well as other connections.

By means of this tender, a supplier is to be commissioned to equip the PD with modern lap-tops and docking stations and to replace or repair them if necessary. The delivery is to be made on order decentrally directly to the respective locations of the PD in Germany.
