This consultation is an open call for tenders subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the code of the public order. This contract is a fractional market with unit price purchase orders with a minimum but no maximum under the terms of L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R.2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R 2162-14 of the public order code.
