Due to Swedish Customs' procurement of security consultants in physical and technical security, TV-2022-05327, where the company specified below (tick the applicable alternative)

are tenderers in the procurement

is an undertaking whose capacity is invoked by a tenderer in the procurement, or participates as a consortium member;

the signatory competent representative hereby assures on honour and conscience that (i) the company provided information in connection with the tender is complete and accurate and that information relevant to the evaluation has not been omitted, and (ii) concerning the tenderer that the tender has submitted by the competent representative of the company and in the event of a joint tender, that tendering companies have the authority to tender on behalf of the consortium.
