The University of Gothenburg and its partners are in need of manual transcriptions of interviews in research projects, primarily into Swedish and English. The provider should be able to offer several levels of transcription, i.e. with 2 or more respondents; general transcription of the content; precise transcription including filler words, pauses, stakes and half sentences. Furthermore, the supplier must have clear instructions to the client and a work process that guarantees high quality of delivery.

The purpose of the procurement is to ensure the availability of high-quality transcriptions and associated services to the University of Gothenburg and the universities' various departments and areas of activity.
