PURCHASE: SYSTEM FOR NON-ISOTOPE PERFORMANCE OF SENTINEL LYMPH NODE BIOPSY PROCEDURES -HYSTEROSCOPE-OPERATING LASER - for the St. Luke's Provincial Hospital SP ZOZ in Tarnów. The subject of the contract includes the delivery to the Ordering Party's registered office of medical equipment, the required technical parameters of which are specified in Annex No. 1B to this specification, as well as the assembly and commissioning of the delivered equipment and training at the Ordering Party's headquarters of the Ordering Party's employees in the use of equipment, provision of guaranteed maintenance services during the period for which the warranty for the offered subject of the contract is granted.
