The subject of the contract is the collection and management through the process of recovery of waste with codes 19 12 12 (other waste, including mixed substances and objects from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11), sorting fraction generated as part of mechanical waste treatment with codes 20 01 03, 20 01 99, 20 03 07, in a maximum amount of 25 000 Mg.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management through the process of recovery of waste code 19 12 12 (other waste, including mixed substances and objects from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11), sorting fraction generated as part of mechanical waste treatment with codes 20 01 03, 20 01 99, 20 03 07, in the maximum amount of 25 000 Mg.

2. Waste will be handed over in uncompacted form (in bulk).

3. Waste collection will be confirmed by waste transfer cards.

4. Waste will be transported and managed by the Contractor at the Contractor's expense. The amount of waste will be settled on the basis of a legalized cargo scale located at the Contracting Authority's premises of the Waste Management Plant in Wardyń Górny. Loading and related costs are charged to the Ordering Party.

5. At the time of handing over the waste by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor, the Contractor assumes responsibility for the waste taken over, for the proper handling of it and for the consequences resulting therefrom.

6. Waste will be loaded with the Contracting Authority's equipment, and the Contractor will be obliged to provide a container or other equipment adapted to collect this type of waste.

7. At the time of announcing the procedure, the Contracting Authority does not have a permit for transboundary shipment of waste.

8. The Contractor shall be obliged to:

collection of waste from the Waste Management Plant in Wardyń Górny,

familiarize yourself, before proceeding with the subject of the order, with the health and safety regulations applicable to the facility,

collection of waste on an ongoing basis, continuously, every day from Monday to Friday from 7.00 to 15.00, in exceptional situations justified by circumstances, it is allowed to collect waste outside the above time interval, after prior arrangement of the time of collection with the representative of the Ordering Party,

receipt from the Contracting Authority at least 80 Mg of waste per day

in the event of the Contracting Authority preparing more waste, the Contracting Authority shall inform the Contractor of this fact in advance of a day (calendar day), indicating the amount of waste. In such a situation, the Contractor shall make receipt no later than 3 calendar days from the date of the notice.
