The full integrated security system must work as 1 system.
1. The engineering, supply, assembly, programming and commissioning (including warranty) of a CCTV system with a physical security information management system (log management system).
The following services are envisaged:
— IP-based system roll-out,
— full HD cameras (1080p) with full HD storage capacity and H.264,
— colour cameras equipped with 'motion' mode and 'day and night' mode,
— the cameras must have the ability to mask private zones,
— engineering, supply, installation and commissioning of the related fibre-optic network (single mode),
— removal and disposal of the existing CCTV system, including cabling,
— the creation of alarm protocols and graphics form part of the supply,
— linking existing security systems (which forms part of the supply),
— the entire system must have a CE- and EN 50132 certificate with an independent test to assess image quality using a Rotakin target, making identification possible.
— the CCTV components must be ONVIF certified.
2. The engineering, supply, installation, programming, commissioning (including warranty) of an access control system integrated into the above-mentioned system.
This may contain the following parts:
— badge readers,
— emergency buttons,
— electromagnetic locking systems,
— security fences,
— biometric readers,
— emergency batteries,
— the corresponding control interfaces,
— intercom,
— the creation of alarm protocols and graphics form part of the supply, etc.
3. The engineering, supply, installation, programming, commissioning (including warranty) of an intrusion detection system integrated into the above-mentioned system.
This may contain the following parts:
— magnetic contacts,
— glass break detectors,
— radars,
— infrared detection,
— control panels,
— the creation of alarm protocols and graphics forms part of the supply, etc.
4. The creation of revision drawings and documents associated with the completion reports.
