1.1. The subject of the contract covered by these proceedings is: 1) under the guaranteed contract: implementation of SKD stage I in the buildings of the District Court in Ciechanów, Mikołajczyka 5 and 6, 2) as part of the optional contract: implementation of SKD stage II in the building of the District Court in Ciechanów, Mikołajczyka 5 Street.

1.1. The subject of the contract covered by these proceedings is: 1) under the guaranteed contract: implementation of SKD stage I in the buildings of the District Court in Ciechanów, Mikołajczyka 5 and 6, 2) as part of the optional contract: implementation of SKD stage II in the building of the District Court in Ciechanów, Mikołajczyka 5. 1.2. The Contractor will be obliged, in particular, to perform the following tasks: 1) delivery of equipment elements of the Access Control System together with installation, distribution of cabling, commissioning and configuration, 2) presentation to the Ordering Party of the schedule of work. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change, the manner and date of performance of works specified in the accepted work schedule, in consultation with the Contractor, if it will be dictated by the need to maintain the continuity of work of individual organizational units, 3) after installing the devices, the Contractor is obliged to: a. perform all necessary connections with the SSP system, b. update all system components to the latest version of the software, c. conducting tests, including integration with the ZSRK data bus, d. execution of as-built documentation (as-built documentation should be approved by a person with the authority to perform technical security projects of the second degree) including updating fire scenarios, e. providing the Ordering Party with detailed instructions for operation, use and maintenance in Polish, EU and CE certificates, certificates related to the system and a statement of compliance of performance system and installed software with guidelines of the Ministry of Justice. f. conducting training for court employees in the operation of systems and for system administrators, g. performing works necessary to restore the appearance of rooms to the state before the start of their performance. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 1.3. For the work performed together with the installed devices, the Contractor shall provide a guarantee of a minimum of 24 months, counting from the date of completion of the final acceptance of the subject of the contract, i.e. stage I and stage II (the Contractor may offer a longer warranty period, for which it will receive additional points in the criterion for selecting the most advantageous offer "Warranty Period"). Detailed conditions regarding the guarantee and warranty are specified in the model contract.
