In order to acquire better knowledge on the branch programme as a policy in the IA Agreement and as a contribution to goal achievement in IA work, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, in consultation with the other parties in the IA Agreement, would like to start an evaluation project of the three part branch programme as a policy instrument in the IA Agreement.

The aim of the evaluation project is to evaluate and assess results and, as far as is possible, the effects of the IA branch programmes, both individually and together. In addition, a central part will also be mapping and assessing measures, process, work and cooperation forms between actors, both on a central level and a branch and entity level.

The time frame of the contract is from contract signing to the presentation of the final report on 20 April 2023. The total contract value is up to NOK 6 million, excluding VAT.
